We are Woven, an Oxfordshire-based online rug retailer that sell high-end and long-lasting designer rugs guaranteed to make any space look captivating.

Launched in 2014, we have an extensive portfolio of stylish products for your home, as well as corporate services that include assisting with the furnishing of residential projects and offices.

Our unique understanding of the interior design market, current trends, and our keen eye for detail makes us the go-to choice for interior designer professionals and enthusiasts around the world.

●       I’ve found your product cheaper elsewhere, do you price match?

Yes - if you can show that the product is available as new elsewhere for less, we will be happy to match that price. Simply get in touch via chat or email and provide us with the item’s product code and the website's product link. Please our price match policy here, as some exceptions do apply.

●       Why should I buy from you?

We strive to provide an honest, fair, and easy online shopping experience. Our site has been designed to put you first, making it a simple task to find what you want.

We are extremely proud of having the largest range of products available from a UK-based supplier, so whether you're looking for something modern, traditional or a little bit different we have it. Ordering with us couldn't be easier; just browse through our collections, select a product, and leave the rest to us.

●       I don’t like the colour, can it be made in a different colour?

Many of our products can be re-coloured to suit your needs. To find out more drop us an email at woven@rugsdirect.co.uk or give us a call. Please be aware that most custom rugs take between 12 to 14 weeks to be made and are non-refundable if you happen to change your mind.

●       Are the colours accurate?

While we go to great lengths to accurately reproduce the appearance of each rug we stock, we are unable to accept responsibility for any colour misrepresentations. Different display settings on computer monitors can have an effect on the appearance of colours in our products.

●       Is the item I want in stock?

The vast majority of our rugs are in stock at all times. However, given the size of our range we are unable to guarantee that your preferred items and item sizes will be available, so please do feel free to get in touch to make sure.

●       Where are your rugs made and where do they come from?

The majority of our rugs are woven in India, whilse others are constructed in Europe, China, or Turkey. We work with world-leading suppliers such as Linie Design and Brink & Campman who promote ethical rug manufacturing using the highest quality of materials.

●       What if I don’t like my rug, or the colour simply doesn’t work?

We are confident that our range of rugs will provide you with enough choice to source the perfect product for your space. With this in mind we offer a 14 day returns policy during which if your initial choice doesn’t quite work,  return it to receive a refund instead.

●       How long does delivery take?

Delivery times will vary depending on which brand’s products are purchased. Please look at the Delivery tab of your chosen product’s page for its estimated delivery time. We will always aim to deliver within that time period, however sometimes orders may arrive earlier or later than indicated.

●       Where is my order?

If the estimated delivery time from when your order was placed has elapsed, please get in touch via chat or by emailing woven@rugsdirect.co.uk and a member of our customer service team will investigate and get back to you as soon as they can.
