Delivery

We offer a range of delivery services including FREE UK Mainland (excludes Highlands) standard delivery on all orders, morning delivery and Saturday service are available at a charge. Simply select the option that best suits you at the checkout.

Free UK Delivery on orders 

Unless selected otherwise, all orders are dispatched using our standard weekday FREE delivery service. This option is available to all UK mainland addresses, excluding Northern Ireland/Highlands etc. All free UK deliveries take place between 9:00am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday.

Morning Delivery

We all have busy lives, and therefore, we offer a weekday morning service costing £10.

All morning deliveries take place between 8:30am to 12:00pm and our friendly customer service team will call you to book your delivery day.

Saturday Delivery

If you have a busy week, don’t worry. Within the UK mainland, we offer a Saturday delivery service costing £30.

All morning deliveries take place between 8:30am to 1:00pm and our friendly customer service team will also call you to book your delivery day.

Non-UK deliveries

We ship worldwide. Just select your country at the checkout and we will calculate the delivery cost. Please note you will be charged per item when using this service.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For customers receiving goods outside of the UK, including the Republic of Ireland, VAT and Customs duties will be applicable from 1st January 2021 when buying goods from Great Britain due to Brexit regulations.
From 1st July 2021, VAT at a rate of 23% will be due on items regardless of value.
The customs duties and VAT are not included in the sale price, and will be decided by the courier and customs control team of the recipient's country. 

How long do I have to wait?

Estimated delivery time - stock items

Typically, UK mainland deliveries are made between 1-7 working days from purchase. However, not all our products are sourced from the UK, so some orders can take longer to be delivered. Non-UK deliveries will take longer, however, the estimated delivery time for all orders is displayed on the product page of each rug and at the checkout.

Estimated lead time - special orders

All special orders will be quoted a lead time. Please note the lead times are only an estimate and are not contractual. However, we will keep you updated with your order and email you when your goods are ready to dispatch. Estimated lead times can be seen both in the product page of each rug and within your account.
