Terrible service. Tired to send the rug back struggled for numerous reasons. So now I’m stuck with a rug and paid nearly £100 for. NEVER AGAIN

I've had very good previous experiences but this purchase is of very poor quality in itself and morevoer looks like it's ingrained with dirt, that I've been uanble to remove. This item lets your company down and I would strongly recommend you removing it from your stock.

Recently ordered a rug, which arrived promptly and without hassle. The rug is good quality and we are really pleased with the product and the service.

The product itself (when it finally arrived) was really nice but the actually delivery and response from the company very poor. Ordered an item on 30th December with a 3-5 day delivery - finally arrived on 27th January. I sent 2 emails chasing for an update -neither of which received any response. Plus various phone calls - one of which I was told it had already been delivered, so I asked for proof and then told the delivery company has made mistake.

Love my new Sisal Rug. Easy to order & prompt delivery - it looks great on our sisal carpet with a darker brown border - lovely.

Item did not match colour description. Post purchase customer service non existent.

The team were so helpful when I had to change delivery date of my rug..and it all worked out perfectly…very pleased with my Louis de poortere rug…. This is the third rug I have ordered from Woven, and been satisfied with process and result each time.

Although delivery takes a little longer than for other similar companies, the product and price is always excellent and it is the only company that I now buy rugs from.

Unfortunately the item was delivered to the wrong address outside their house by dustbins As it had been their overnight & part of the day I cancelled the order Woven were brilliant in every way trying to get the situation sorted & later with my sad fo me cancellation

we were looking forward so much to this rug. However, a total disappointment. the colours are not at all vibrant. the rug is far too expensive for what it is.

Good service , came quickly, item okay I appreciate it is hard to buy online but it was cheap..

The rug was great but the wrong size for the area for which it was bought. We tried to return it, but were just given an email saying the return was being processed and they would be in touch shortly. We never received further updates so I emailed twice but didn't receive a reply. I therefore called them up and was told I should just send it back. I didn't have confirmation of the adress but have now decided to keep the rug and put it in a different place.

Excellent products and services! How services should run with exactly the product you expect to be getting! Other companies could take a leaf out of Woven's book.....
